Local Initiatives
Since the chapter's inception in 2001, we have been dedicated to expanding our reach on the community. We strive to provide community service and programming to the surrounding areas by implementing our founding principles in our day to day workings.

March of Dimes
Our chapter proudly supports March of Dimes by participating in the annual March for Babies walk and raising funds to advance the organization's mission of improving the health of mothers and babies. Through fundraising, team participation, and community engagement, our members help support research, education, and advocacy efforts that promote healthy pregnancies and give every baby the best possible start in life. Our continued involvement reflects our commitment to strengthening families and creating healthier communities for future generations.

Breakfast with the Artist
Our chapter's annual Breakfast with the Artist is our signature scholarship fundraiser, celebrating excellence in the arts, education, and community service while bringing together supporters, sponsors, and local leaders. Proceeds from the event directly support the Bessie King Jackson Memorial Scholarship, which honors the legacy of an outstanding educator, charter member, and dedicated member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Each year, the chapter awards scholarships to deserving graduating high school seniors who have demonstrated academic achievement, leadership, and a commitment to community service, helping them pursue higher education and achieve their future goals.

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated is proud to support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital through fundraising efforts that help advance lifesaving research and treatment for children with cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Founded in 1962 by entertainer Danny Thomas, St. Jude's mission is to ensure that no family receives a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food so they can focus entirely on helping their child heal. Since 1972, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. has maintained a longstanding partnership with St. Jude, raising millions of dollars to support patient care, groundbreaking research, and family assistance. Through these efforts, our chapter proudly joins sorors across the country in making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families facing serious illnesses.

Ronald McDonald House
Our chapter proudly supports Ronald McDonald House Charities by preparing and serving meals to families staying at the Ronald McDonald House while their children receive medical care. This service provides comfort, nourishment, and a small sense of normalcy during what is often an incredibly challenging time. By giving our time and compassion, we help create a welcoming environment where families can focus on what matters most—the health and well-being of their children.

Skechers Hot Chocolate Run
Our chapter proudly supports the Hot Chocolate Run by volunteering to assist with race-day activities that help make the event a success. Through service roles such as participant support, course assistance, and event operations, our members contribute to a fun and welcoming experience for runners and their families while giving back to the local community. Volunteering at community events like the Hot Chocolate Run reflects our chapter's ongoing commitment to service, civic engagement, and making a positive impact throughout the Columbus area.
